I am a newly retired mom of 3 children (ages 6, 3 and 1) living in Ottawa, Canada. I have sold my business, A Gym Tale, to take my life in a new direction. Now that I have time off, I do not want to make the time, but rather take my time and focus on the little moments and let go of distraction. I want to homeschool, explore my passions – running, health, sewing, gardening and photography. I am excited to be open to new possibilities and adventures as they come!
